Fixed PA & Sound Systems

Commercial PA Installation — Built In, Built to Last

Permanent PA, background music and paging for offices, retail, warehouses and more — surveyed, designed, installed and maintained by one team.

Commercial PA Installation

Permanent Sound, Properly Installed

A fixed system isn't like hiring for an evening — it has to work every day for years. That means even coverage with no dead spots, paging that's clear over background noise, and controls your staff can actually use without a manual. We design around the building, not around a box on a shelf.

Offices, shops, restaurants, gyms, warehouses — each needs different speakers, different zoning and different volume control. We survey the site first, so the design fits how the space is actually used.

Installation is planned around your business, with out-of-hours work where it avoids disruption, a proper handover so your team knows how to run it, and an optional maintenance plan to keep it working long after we leave.

Systems

What We Install

Most premises need a mix of these. We'll work out the right combination during the survey.

Background Music

Even, comfortable sound across the whole space for offices, retail and hospitality — from a streaming source or your own playlists, with no loud spots or silent corners.

Paging & Announcements

Microphone stations for clear announcements and paging — ideal for warehouses, shops and large offices where you need to reach everyone or just one area.

Zoned Audio

Different areas, different volumes and sources — quiet music in a reception, something livelier in a bar, paging only in the warehouse, all controlled locally.

Meeting Room Audio

Speakers and microphones for boardrooms and meeting spaces, set up for clear speech and ready to tie into your video-calling setup.

Wedding Packages

Wedding PA Hire Packages

A starting point, not a fixed menu — we'll shape any package around your venue, your running order and your numbers.

End to End

What a Project Includes

From the first site visit to long after handover — one team, one point of contact.

  • Site survey
  • System design
  • Supply
  • Installation
  • Cabling
  • Commissioning
  • Testing
  • Staff handover
  • Documentation
  • Aftercare

Every install is quoted per project after a site survey — there's no off-the-shelf price, because no two buildings are the same. The survey is where we work out what the space actually needs.

How It Works

Our Installation Process

A clear path from first visit to a system that's running and supported.

1

Site survey & brief

We visit, look at the space, and talk through how you'll use it — coverage, zones, paging, controls.

2

Design & quote

We design the system around the building and send a clear, itemised proposal — no guesswork on your side.

3

Scheduling

We plan the install around your business, including evenings and weekends where it avoids disruption.

4

Installation

Tidy, professional fitting — speakers, amplifiers, cabling and controls, kept neat and out of the way.

5

Commissioning & handover

We test every zone, set levels, and show your team how to run it day to day.

6

Aftercare

Support when you need it, with optional maintenance to keep the system in good order.

Specialist Requirements

Voice Alarm or Fire-Linked PA?

Systems that double as voice-alarm or fire evacuation are a regulated, life-safety area with their own standards (EN 54 / BS 5839). If that's what you need, tell us the requirement and we'll confirm exactly what we can deliver before anything's agreed.

How much does a commercial PA installation cost?

It depends on the size of the premises, how many zones you need, and the type of system. Because no two buildings are the same, we quote per project after a site survey rather than from a price list — so the figure reflects what your space actually needs.

How long does installation take?

+

A small single-zone office system can be a day; a larger zoned or multi-floor site takes longer. We'll give you a realistic timeline with the quote, after the survey shows us the building.

Will it disrupt our business?

+

We plan around how you operate and keep disruption to a minimum. For shops, offices and venues we can fit out of hours — evenings or weekends — so you're up and running as normal.

Can you install out of hours?

+

Yes. Evening and weekend installation is available where it avoids interrupting trading or work, and we'll factor it into the schedule and quote.

Do you offer maintenance contracts?

+

Yes — an optional maintenance plan keeps the system serviced and gives you priority support if anything needs attention. It's worth it for sites where the audio is part of daily operations.

Can the system be zoned?

+

Yes, and most commercial systems are. Different areas can run different music, volumes or sources — and paging can target one zone or the whole building.

Wired or wireless?

+

Most permanent commercial systems are wired for reliability and sound quality. Wireless or networked options suit some sites — we'll recommend the right approach based on the building and how it's used.

Can it handle paging and announcements?

+

Yes. Microphone paging stations can be added so you can make announcements to the whole site or a single zone — common in retail, warehouses and larger offices.

Do we need a music licence?

+

Usually, yes. UK businesses playing recorded music in a public or commercial space generally need a music licence (TheMusicLicence, from PPL PRS). The licence is yours to arrange, but we'll happily point you in the right direction.

Can it integrate with our other systems?

+

Background music, paging and meeting-room audio can often tie into existing setups. Fire-linked voice alarm is a separate, regulated area — see the note above, and tell us your requirement so we can advise properly.

Do you cover our area?

+

We install across London and the South East — Surrey, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire, Kent, Essex and beyond. Tell us where you are and we'll confirm.
