For smaller and medium setups, yes — they're built to be straightforward, and we'll show you how everything works. For larger events or live music, an engineer is worth adding.

What size speakers do I need?

It comes down to guest numbers, the size of the space, and whether it's indoors or out. Tell us those three things and we'll spec the right system — that's exactly what the packages above are built around.

Do I need a technician?

Not always. Dry hire (equipment only) suits simple events. A technician is recommended for live music, larger conferences, or anything where you'd rather not think about the sound on the day.

Can you supply wireless microphones?

Yes — handheld, lapel and headset wireless mics are available, which is ideal for speeches, presentations and ceremonies where cables get in the way.

Can the system be used outdoors?

Yes. Outdoor events are a big part of what we do in Hertfordshire. Open-air sound needs more power and careful placement, and we'll spec the system with the space and the weather in mind. Generators can be supplied where there's no power.

What happens if equipment develops a fault?

All kit is tested before it leaves us, and for larger jobs we bring backup so a single fault never stops your event. If you've booked an engineer, they'll resolve anything on the spot.

How far in advance should I book?
