We're based in Hanwell in West London. Kent sits on the far side of the city, so west Kent — Dartford, Sevenoaks, Gravesend and the Medway towns — is the closest stretch for us via the M25, and it's where we work most. We cover the whole county though, out to Maidstone, Canterbury, Ashford and the coast; for those longer runs we just build the travel time into the plan so the kit still arrives early.
We know the venues too. Kent — the Garden of England — leans rural and historic: vineyard and orchard wedding venues, barns and country houses, castles and Canterbury's heritage settings, plus the Medway towns, coastal venues around Whitstable and Margate, and the west Kent commuter belt's corporate events. Every booking can come as dry hire (equipment only) or fully managed, with one of our engineers on site to set up, run the sound, and handle anything that crops up on the day.

How much does PA system hire cost?
−It depends on the size of the system, how long you need it, and where in Kent you are. Small setups start low and scale up for larger events and added engineers. Tell us about your event and we'll send a clear, itemised quote.
Do you deliver throughout Kent?
+Yes — across the whole county. West Kent towns like Dartford, Sevenoaks, Gravesend and the Medway towns are closest to our West London base via the M25, so they're the most straightforward for us. We also cover Maidstone, Canterbury, Ashford and the coast — those are longer runs, so we factor the travel time and any cost into your quote up front.
Can I collect the equipment myself?
+For smaller packages, collection from us can be an option. For larger systems we'd usually recommend delivery and setup so everything is configured and soundchecked properly. Ask us and we'll advise.
Do you provide setup?
+Yes. Setup, a full soundcheck and a quick demonstration are part of every delivered hire, so the system is ready and tested before your guests arrive.
Can one person operate the system?
+For smaller and medium setups, yes — they're built to be straightforward, and we'll show you how everything works. For larger events or live music, an engineer is worth adding.
What size speakers do I need?
+It comes down to guest numbers, the size of the space, and whether it's indoors or out. Tell us those three things and we'll spec the right system — that's exactly what the packages above are built around.
Do I need a technician?
+Not always. Dry hire (equipment only) suits simple events. A technician is recommended for live music, larger conferences, or anything where you'd rather not think about the sound on the day.
Can you supply wireless microphones?
+Yes — handheld, lapel and headset wireless mics are available, which is ideal for speeches, presentations and ceremonies where cables get in the way.
Can the system be used outdoors?
+Yes. Outdoor events are a big part of what we do in Kent. Open-air sound needs more power and careful placement, and we'll spec the system with the space and the weather in mind. Generators can be supplied where there's no power.
What happens if equipment develops a fault?
+All kit is tested before it leaves us, and for larger jobs we bring backup so a single fault never stops your event. If you've booked an engineer, they'll resolve anything on the spot.
How far in advance should I book?
+As early as you can, especially for weekends and the summer wedding season. That said, we can often handle last-minute requests — get in touch and we'll check availability for your date.
Can I hire for multiple days?
+Yes. Multi-day hire is available for festivals, conferences and events that run across a weekend. We'll factor the dates into your quote.
